We want to thank you for allowing your child to participate in Miller Grove Middle Athletics. To assist our student-athletes in growing through sports, MGMS offers the following: -Football (7th and 8th Grades) -Volleyball (7th and 8th Grade Girls) -Girls’ Softball (8th Grade Girls Only-This team is offered with Miller Grove High School.) -Cheerleading (7th and 8th Grades)
-Dance (6th, 7th, & 8th Grades) -Girls’ Basketball (6th, 7th and 8th Grades) -Boys’ Basketball (6th, 7th and 8th Grades) -Wrestling (7th and 8th Grades) -Girls’ Track & Field (6th, 7th and 8th Grades) -Boys’ Track & Field (6th, 7th and 8th Grades)
-Baseball (6th, 7th, & 8th Grades)
-Girls’ Soccer (6th, 7th, & 8th Grades)
-Boys Soccer (6th, 7th, & 8th Grades)
Please be advised that student-athletes must be medically cleared before they can participate in tryouts, workouts and contests.
The following must be submitted and cleared before participation:
Medical History Form (originally signed and dated by the student and parent)
Physical Examination Form (originally signed and dated by a licensed medical physician, not the parent)
Concussion Awareness Form (originally signed and dated by the student and parent) Cardiac Awareness Form (originally signed and dated by the student and parent)
Practice Policy for Heat and Humidity (originally signed by the head coach, student and parent)
